Reverend Mark I. Fakih 

Reverend Mark I. Fakih was born in a small town in the Mountains of Lebanon, overlooking the City of Beirut. Rev. Fakih graduated from Monastery of the Cliff Catholic High School in 1967 and attended the Lebanese University of Beirut for one year. He came to the United States in 1971 to study at Southeastern Oklahoma University in Durant, Oklahoma receiving his BS in Mathematics in 1974 and MBA in 1977. Rev. Fakih was confirmed in the Lutheran Doctrine and was received into membership at Our Savior Lutheran Church in Mount Pocono, PA where he met Professor Dr. David Scaer from Concordia Theological Seminary at Fort Wayne, Indiana and Dr. William Hausmann, a retired pastor. They both held membership in Our Savior Lutheran Church in Mount Pocono, PA. He was accepted to Concordia Theological Seminary in the summer of 2004. Mark served his vicarage year at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church in Clark, NJ and completed all his theological studies and requirements for the Master of Divinity (M.Div.) at Concordia Theological Seminary, Fort Wayne on May 21, 2008.

Rev. Fakih is married to his lovely wife, Luz Maria, and they have two beautiful daughters, Carol and Mona.
